The Warehouse Project 2010/11
A3 Folding Flyer

To mark five years of The Warehouse Project we produced an A3 holographic foiled foldout flyer with seven alternative posters on the inside. The first poster was a re-issue of the very first one that I designed for them when it first opened at the Boddingtons brewery. An explanation of the concept can be found here.

The photography was taken by Chris Cains and based upon the excellent stop-frame animations of the ‘WHP’ logo.

Ross Orton Music Promo
Commissioned by Wildlife Management

I love computers, Ross* loves computers. I’m from Sheffield, Ross is from Sheffield. So what better way to make this ‘do what you like’ promo for him than to crank up the C64 for some International karate action juxtaposed with the citys steel works.

*If you’ve not heard his previous band Fat Truckers have listen to I love computers to see what I mean.

Dance & Drink & ScrewExhibition at Common. May 2008 — September 2008
The exhibition concept was too reproduced Pulp’s Common People through abstract vector graphics. The internal walls of the bar were stenciled and painted over the course of five days, each one spelling out a line or two from the song. Once the punters had sussed out the idea they could then play the visual guessing game. To accompany the exhibition limited edition posters we’re also produced.
For example the top right poster is taken from the line “I took her to a supermarket, I don’t know why but I had to start it somewhere… Well I can’t see anyone else smiling in here.” More information on the exhibition can be found on Commons website.
